Travelling Superpower -- go!

What power would you have?

I had two come to mind:

(1) Endless energy superpower -- where I could just explore and explore and explore...

(2) Teleportation -- hmmm, I was initially thinking short-distance to skip the lines and security checkpoints at the airport, but now that I think of it, teleportation is equivalent to ravelling and would save costs, yup, that would be a nice superpower. 😉 Reply to this

From a practical standpoint my favorite superpower would be an endless supply of money, so I could travel all the time : )

The coolest, however, would be flight:

Hahaha, I'm starting to think that we will have to get a list of superpowers from folks and then do a second thread where we vote which powers are truly the best. 😉

Flying vs. Teleportation (tough one!) Reply to this

If you could become the invisible man or woman for periods of time you could cross boards and skip lines. Just thinking....

If we are voting I'd rather fly. Reply to this

In terms of teleportation, I'd like a magic door like Doremon has, where we could go through to visit family for the evening, or to visit somewhere we used to live, or friends or whatever. Forget all these long and complicated flights. Reply to this

While the superpowers may be different, I am sensing a pattern with when and why we would use our superpowers. 😉 Reply to this

I will deviate with most of the suggested superpowers here. But i'll go with Roosta's suggestion which is the endless supply of money in order for me to travel more. The thing is, I really love to travel to different countries and see the wonders of the world but what I love most in every travels are the food that I'm going to taste for the first time. It really excites me a lot. Lol.i love food tripping, specially in japan and I cannot buy or taste the best of each place's delicacies if I don't have money. Same with I can't book a flight or choose a best hotel to stay in if I don't have more money. Sounds logical right? Lol. Reply to this

Definitely the endless supply of money superpower! Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy LOTS of plane tickets...which = the best kind of happiness 😊

Teleportation comes a close second! Reply to this

Not exactly a superpower, but I would have Hermione Granger's beaded handbag. Traveling without any luggage and just a small purse would be amazing! Reply to this

I've been thinking about this and decided a magic carpet or flying car might be nice! Reply to this

I'm still waiting for the transporter beam from Star Trek, so I'd definitely go for teleportation. I even went to the Tokyo Teleport Station (yes, it's a real thing,) only to be disappointed that there was no teleport in sight.

In response to: Msg #200924 Make that flying on your private jet since you have enough money for anything. But even then, teleportation would get you to your destination faster. Then again, it's the journey, not the destination in many cases. Reply to this

Maybe a beamer and even more important enough money, so that I don't need to work any more. Reply to this

Easy, being able to pick up and be fleunt in any local language. That would be my super power. I enjoy the actual travelling part so wouldn't have a need for teleportation or being able to fly (though that would be cool). Reply to this

I just thought of another superpower I'd like... the power to smite queue jumpers and personal space invaders, and permanently alter their behaviour so they never ever do it again 😊 Reply to this
