Post your countdown here. Where are you going and for how long? Why did you choose that trip and that destination? Do you plan do activities such as diving, visiting museums, painting, working ... during your trip?

We fly to Tokyo, Japan, on September 24th, less than 12 weeks to go now!
Scott has handed in his notice at work, I am doing mine in a couple of weeks, very exciting times ahead!
We will be away for around 8 months in Asia...Japan, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia...then we come back for 2-3 weddings in London, then hopefully head off again to Central/South America next summer! Reply to this

ohhh some of you have some big and long trips...very jealous!
We have a couple of weeks planned (and i just booked the final part) to hong kong and thailand in august/september. I'm really looking forward to it and althogh we've been to all the destinations we're going before, it will be nice to try and find some stuff we havent done before and add a new mix as the kids get faintly older :)
And just for some fun...we're spending one night at Disneyland and the cost of that one night and 2 days is more than the rest of the trip! But...the kids will love it and so will grandma who is coming along too :) Reply to this
