We spent 1 night in each place. The car rental was a bit expensive and they charged you for milage. However, we really loved being able to stay at each place as long as we liked. Because we stayed the night at Uluru, (Ayers Rock) we were able to see it at sunrise and sunset--breathtaking. At Kings Canyon in addition to walking the popular Loop trail we left the crowds behind and hiked part of the Gill's trail--amazing! It was a lot of driving, but well worth it. | Kathy8 Katharina K. The Rock Tour is an excellent tour and has some amazing aboriginal content in it. There are also other companies such as Contiki, Adventure Tours Australia, Way Out Back and many more.
