July 16,2009 -- Roberta, Karen and myself visited Walden Pond in Concord and walked around Walden Pond. The weather was warm humid and overcast but we certainly enjoyed the walk. There's a well defined trail that circles the pond and provides a great way view nature. There's a reproduction of Thoreau's cabin near the entrance of the park and when you walk around the pond a marker commemorates the site of the original cabin.... read more
