At about 2:30am I jumped awake thinking I didn’t set an alarm and since I was in a room of only 2 other people, that we were left behind/late. Luckily after checking my phone for the time and realizing I could still sleep, I set an alarm and went back to bed. I’ve been not setting an alarm since plenty go off in the morning and it allows me to wake up slow as I hear other people (the extra early risers) shuffle around and I can get up before everyone else at my own pace. This morning I didn’t have wiggle into shams, but instead just threw on some shorts and a tank and got ready for my Safety Nav day with Carly.
