Hi Everyone We are now in Geiranger and words can’t describe the scenery in front of us,it’s stunning,Geirangerfjord is a UNESCO world heritage site for it’s Fjord landscape. The Fjord describes an S shape.Waterfalls tumble down the steep mountain sides and there is evidence of abandoned farmsteads. Geiranger is a small settlement consisting of 250 core population,but is a magnet for visitors,including cruise passengers,for its spectacular setting at the head of the fjord.. During our stay there has been 2 cruise liners in port.. The Hotel had a small historic car museum which was fun to see. Also I spent 2 hours with my new friend Nanny from the Netherlands swimming in the 2 pools ,one was medium water and the other hot and that was outside below the mountains,and we lay in the sun enjoying
