Lots and lots of rain- we finally left the comfort of the apartment and headed into town. We saw the what remains of the wall, and went to a really interesting museum at Checkpoint Charlie on the history of the wall. It felt good to do something cultured having only watched Erin Brokovich so far in Berlin, snuggled up in a duvet. We then moved into our hostel, and then we went to the most amazing Vietnamese restaurant called Hamy. Despite the waiters laughing at us, we had a lovely time :-)

When we came back we met our roomie Jeff, and then went to the bar and met some more Americans and 11 hot Swedish 17 year olds! After very little persuading we joined them all on a night out in this amazing club in a warehouse at the outskirts of the city. Such an amazing night, and we found a hilarious woman wearing a t-shirt with a cat with a bow tie, and a little man wearing a bow tie grinding on a really tall woman with a crazy blind perm- ahhh Berlin...

On Saturday we got soaked again, but made the most of our time by visiting a gallery called the Martin-Gropius Bau with some incredible modern photography. To counteract our cultured day we got messy in the evening. We went to Watergate, possibly the coolest club in the world. Words cannot express, check this out: http://www.water-gate.de/
We met some zzzuuuper cool Germans, a crazy Russian who kept yelling fuck you in russian and giggling, and we danced our little socks off until 6am.

The following afternoon we met up with Stephanie, the girl whos flat we were staying in, and her boyfriend Mario. They showed us the most amazing art gallery that used to be a squat, again words cannot describe it so take a look: http://www.google.cz/search?q=tacheles+berlin&hl=cs&client=firefox-a&hs=q2e&rls=org.mozilla:cs:official&prmd=ivnsm&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=RAc3TuzOCYvfsgaS57Eb&ved=0CD8QsAQ&biw=1280&bih=858

wow our blogging is getting lazy...!

So today we got the train from Berlin to Prague with Spencer and Blake, our Americans (hilarious, smiley boys). We had some dinner whilst listening to some jazz (getting cultured again), and had a lovely walk, Prague is stunning. We are currently in our hostel, which is more like a squat but a comfy one! Were in a dorm with 70 other people in this massive hall/gym at the edge of the park. Looking forward to all Prague has to offer. Over and out peeps
