Allrighy theeen This morning I got up at 9.40 and had to scramble to avoid paying the late fee of checking out after 10am. Of course I was about 5minutes over but they didn't seem to mind. I headed upto the bus station to book my train to Prague and check out how we where gonna get to Auschwitz later on. I managed to book a train for around 10.30pm later on tonight so am looking forward to my first EUROTRIP of 2006 *crowd pop*. With a few hours to spare before the 1.20pm departure to Auschwitz I decided to check [View Full Entry]

ADAM AND EVE
The dorms...
Barbedwire

Normally I awake around 8am, 9amish to nature calling. Busting for the toilet and scampering through to the nearest cubical to release my overnight water fountain. This morning was not to be. All of a sardine my eyes came open and it was 12.40pm. I had just slept through EVERYTHING. After a shower and clean change of clothes I headed outwards in search of a new hostel. The hostel where I was staying thought it would be neat to charge me more than what was meant to. Maybe it was because they wanted to clean the room whilst I was snoring [View Full Entry]

Street from Krakow
Artistic... I know I am
McDonalds... For those who wonder

After a comfortable flight filled with music and endless views of blue sky we arrived in Krakow 9am local time. Oh yeh before take off there was a fire at the airport and we had to be hussled out through Fire Exits. I have never used fire exits before and always thought they where a waste of time. It was so cool though coz it was pouring down outside and crazy polish women where going crazy at the airline staff. Anyways the first thing I noticed about Poland was that EVERYONE smokes. I walked outside and there was just a huge [View Full Entry]

Good ole healthy Polish street!

After an awesome car chase style drive through the streets of Watford by Uncle Martin I arrived at Watford Train Station in good nick.... looking forward to what ever was ahead. Waiting in the departure lounge I found myself asking how in the blue moon I got myself into the situation I was in. On the other side of the world seeking more and more of something that has got hold of me... a need to see more and more of the world and everyone around me. I caught the train from Watford to London and then a series of Underground [View Full Entry]

Preperation Zero Today is quite an almighty day for Sir Jonny V. Not only do I get the not so pleasurable experience of watching Spurs live against Bolton, but today also marks the day that my new trip looms. After a morning of packing clothes into my backpack, hoovering carpet and cleaning bed linen it was time to get down to the train station to catch a series of trains upto White Hart Lane. With past trips using the ever-complicated London transport system I wasn't to sure as to if I would get to the game on time - if at [View Full Entry]

This past week I headed back into London, this time with a tour guide. Meaning I wont get lost and I will know what to expect. I went around to my tour guides house aka Clair at around 10.30ish to begin the trek to Watford Junction. We bought an all access pass giving us complete romage of the London Underground and the return trip to and from London, not bad for £12 ($26). The day was spent catching Tubes, walking and checking out the sights of London. We saw Pall Mall, which I got extremely excited about as its the annoying [View Full Entry]

Bonjour... Ich Bin Stark un Bist Du Dick yah? Thats the only French/German I had ever learnt during my schooling years. The relevence of that exercise has nothing to do with this post. Its been awhilst since I posted anything, detailing highly adventurous expeditions and risky run in's with the italian mafia but the reason is.. I haven't been anywhere special to report about. Since returning from Ireland I've been doing lots of stuff in and around London. Seeing Theatre shows, local attractions, big cycle rides, nothing that involves hopping on a plane and seeing a country. All [View Full Entry]

This morning I woke at a nifty time off 9am. Skipped the shower (they where in a terrible state) and headed out into Dublin. I confirmed my bus at the station and headed out into the city off Dublin. I guess I'm just not used to huge citys but I don't like them. You have to scale 4 blocks just to see 1 thing. I mainly saw a ton off shops, only a few monuments before heading back to the bus. The city seemed cold and everyone kept to there own... much different to the small towns I visited in the [View Full Entry]

This morning a French girl I met the night before thought it would be a great idea to wake me up at 9am. YOULE MIZZ ZEE BOOOURS!! JAWN!!! Doesn't she realise im an ill little boy? jeesh. I chuckled and insisted I would get to the bus on time, I then turned over and attempted to sleep before she decided it was an appropiate time to talk about stuff. 'Soo Jaawwn, do you enjoy Ireland?'. I got up, grabbed a towel and went for a shower. The good thing about being woken up early was that I was in time for [View Full Entry]

Waking at 9.30am I realised I had about half an hour to shower, get changed and take advantage off the complimentry brekfast, then another half hour to get checked out and get to the bus station where I needed to get the bus to a place galled Galway. 4 hours North, on the tip off the Atlantic Ocean. On top off that my head hurts. After gulping my Marmolade and Toast I headed out to the bus... which I missed... by about 20minutes. I had 2 hours to spare untill the next one. I headed over to a huge church (religion [View Full Entry]
