shit i let so much time pass. well lets start from san jose and chrismas. we had a good enough xmas night, the day was rather boring a dreary outside but we a girl from switzerland that had a whole bottle of absolute vodka so we had a good time and met some argentinian fellows and all got pretty drunk. unfortunantly we had to get up early the next day to get a bus to puerto viejo on the carribean side of costa rica. i woke up after 2 hours of sleep and i do believe that i was still a little drunk but i managed to pack all my stuff in the dark and make the bus, just barely. now unfortunantly cause of all the rain we had to all get off the bus at ... read more

we left granada on a chicken bus headed to rivas where we shared a cab with a couple of american guys. we all loaded up in a small toyota and were on our way to san juan del sur. we drove on the worst road ive ever seen. 4 guys in a tiny car on a road with huge pot holes doesnt mix. the car actually made it in one piece. we got out went to casa oro for a room but they were booked. so we went down the street and found another place to stay. we dropped off our bags and headed out to the beach. after a swim we went back showered and went for a beer and watched the sun set. afterwards we headed to the iguana bar for some food and ... read more

after spending a day in san salvador i was more than ready to leave. we stayed at the tica bus hotel cause it was the most convinient place cause we had to take a bus at 5am. we walked around and the smog in the center city is brutal. we walked around the the market and i was getting queezy by all the exhaust fumes everywhere. we went back to the hotel and decided to venture out for dinner. we found a pizza hut and ate then headed right back to the hotel to get an early night sleep so we can be up at 4am. we got up and made our way to the bus stationand got aboared our longest bus ride yet.luckily i had some melatonin and me and mike took some and i ... read more
