Amazing Experienced you have
South Beach is very beautiful and stunning from all the beaches I've been. I believed you renting a condo unit, nice choice. You save a lot from there than in a hotel. For your next trip try San Francisco, Las Vegas and Hawaii there are available vacation rentals also in these area where you can save your budget. Last time I was with HelloRelaxation, their units are mostly near beaches. For the next adventure, enjoy:) Joyce

Brooks Robinson
I really liked your picture of the Norman Rockwell “Thanks Brooks”. Brooks is a great person and ballplayer. Brooks was ambidextrous and did most things left handed; oh, except when it came to baseball where he threw and batted right-handed. By the way…you travel in a 34” Motor Home?!? Thanks for the great photo and fond memory of Brooks. Regards, Mark

English...Not Gentiles
Cousin Dan, himself akin to things Amish, advises that non-Amish are called English. So pardon me for calling us Gentiles - AND, it's nice to learn new things - thanks, Dan!

English ... Not Gentiles
Cousin Dan Reilly offered some good information - among Amish people ... not Amish are called English; not Gentiles! Mea Culpa!

Why no photos!
No photos in respect for the Amish. At home, it's considered rude and intrusive to take pictures of Amish people, even tho' they make great photo subjects.

Why no photos!
I didn't take actual photos in respect for the "community." At home in New York, it is considered rude and intrusive to take pictures of the "Plain" people. There is quite an enclave of Amish Farmers near Palantine Bridge in Montgomery County. I have two depression era quilts from my Momo being finished off by an Amish lady.

Wow, some great cars!
Love following along on your travels. I've eaten at the Columbia restaurant many times. Love the black bean soup and their 1905 salad. That is what we always ordered. Thanks for the memory.

AND Great Consignment Shopping
There is a great consignment shop in the Winn Dixie Plaza. It's located inside the laundromat/dry cleaner. BTW we have saved time for fun in the sun by using the wash n fold service here! With the price of coin operated machines and detergent; it almost evens out. There is also a good charity thrift shop just east of the four way stop! Love this way of recycling and reuse!
