Well its day 3 in Hurghada and we should be off to the ship later on today but before I go into this - have you ever felt a real plonka well,I feel a first class plonka. So I hear there are mosquitos so I come prepared as normally Mike is like a dart board for mosquitos, they love him and not only try to get a 180 they try to get every tile on the board. So get to the airport early as we saw the chaos at Manchester airport on the news - well that was a mistake as like us well nearly a full plane of people did the same and we had to wait until the Tel-Aviv passengers had checked in. So there were hundreds of passengers waiting for the Hurghada flight check in. Well Easy Jet check in is non existent of check in people as you have to do it yourself. i.e. you have to print your own baggage labels attach them to your bag and then put your bag on the conveyor and send the bag down. Well wake up to another day full of sunshine so glad I got the razor to sort my legs out as it is another shorts day out there. Well did not expect to take a load of skin off when shaving my legs! It looked like a massacre had taken place in the shower with all the blood. You would not think a ladies razor could do that much damage! So we are off into Windermere again today. I know there will be loads of people around but think if we go later most of the day trippers will have decided to go home. So up early and with a full english brekkie we are going to make our way to Windermere. It was decided I would drive us there and Mike could be the navigator so I can see there being some heated words on this short journey! So after a short journey which if I am honest was not too bad, with no heated words, really surprising!! We find we are early to the campsite so park up until they let you in. This is where nearly our first heated words as not sure we were going down the right road but hey ho we find the site without a hitch. Well day 2 and it is still glorious weather. Mike had a shower in the motorhome this morning, the first time the shower has been used. Probably because I was brought up camping in a tent and we always had to use the shower and toilet blocks on the campsites, I just automatically go to the shower block. We even wash up now in the motorhome sink instead of going to the pot washing block, another thing we used to have to do as kids - think I am really getting into the motorhome life ha ha. So today we are going to walk to who knows where but possibly the opposite way from Barnard Castle town centre I think - will keep you posted. This part of the world is really pretty.
