Heading to Iceland...... Hi Gugga,
Thanks for your comments on the blog - we are having a great trip. We are just leaving Sao Tome - heading to Dakar this afternoon. We'll be in Iceland before you know it.
Would be nice to see you - we have 'free time' on Tuesday, Nov. 8th in the afternoon - we're staying at the Meridien N'Fis Hotel.
Pat
I liked the sao-tome and principe currency.I would like a piece of that currency please? I also liked the zebras, giraffes and elephants in Kenya and liked the hot air balloons.
Save some chocolate for me... Gourmet chocolate, are you kidding me? Plus the tropical pictures are really making me envious. Kinda reminds me a bit of Roatan, but Roatan IS nicer.. At this point anything hot & tropical would be amazing. Have some chocolate for me (that way the calories don't count ;-)
So clean, so quaint... I have been enjoying every word and every pic (even the ones with mismatched captions - too funny!) from your blogs. Thank you so much for letting me "be along for the ride" on Gord and Ila's great adventure. Love you Mom and Dad xo Lynne
Africa is really a very nice place for traveling. In Africa many forest are available so many animals are available here. Africa is famous for its forest and its animals. Your Blog is amazing. All these pics are really very nice. Thanks for this nice posting.

Great Blog! Thanks so much, Pat, for blogging! I'm living precariously through you and the 2012 World Group. All the shots have been fantastic. Say 'Hello' to those I know from the previous trips, and 'Hi, Ben'. 'Hello' also to Matt, who keeps the plane up to snuff. Hugs to all those that I know, and even the ones I don't know.

africa How is your mom first of all? Africa looks life altering. Still no power here day 6, so my internet time is very limited but i wanted to check in and tell you that it will take an ACT OF GOD to get me to watch DWTS for the rest of the season because cutting David before HOPE ROB OR NANCY is so disgusting to me that I just CAN NOT.
Be safe. xoxo
Photos/Video Technology is wonderful and it is so nice to be able to see all your pictures so soon. What a beautiful resort. Africa is certainly on my bucket list!! I know sometimes when videos are uploaded on youtube it sometimes takes a while to actually appear. I'm looking forward to seeing the lioness and the elephant!! Thanks so much for all your amazing stories!
a balloon drive Nancy and Jim I did it twice over Germany, but over Africa it must be the greatest! Do it!
Your travel is phantastic, your blog.writer is very good,a charming lady too!!!.G.
African Sunset This photo is absolutely amazing! Not sure if Robert or Pat took the picture but it captures the beauty of the country you are visiting.
Spectacular! I love the sunset (or is it sunrise?)over the Taj Mahal. I had to chuckle at one of the caption mismatches - the photo is labelled Taj Mahal and it's a picture of a guy getting into a little cart in back of a donkey! Are you sure you're not doing this on purpose just to give us a laugh??
Also looking forward to seeing your new x-c ski lid!!
Special Edition: up, up and away - in my beautiful balloon Robert,
Great pictures, I can only imagine what it looked like from your prospective. I would love to go back some day to Africa for another photographic safari.
Sharon
Well Done Robert! Great photos! This was one of my favourite experiences of the trip and Pat, I shared it with you in 2006! Just an unbelievable feeling up there.
Please tell Gail S. that Nancy and Jill say hello. This must be her 3rd trip at least - lucky lady. Wishing we were there with you again.
Jill
Photos I am so impressed with the quality of photos you are all taking! I had no idea you would be sooooo close to the animals. Just breathtaking! Worth the price of the trip I suspect!!!

Welcome to my travel blog! I'm about to head off on another adventure.
Many of you, on this list, signed up when I was blogging for the World Tour for Travel Guild - this trip is not associated with that group - it is a totally different adventure. So, if you choose NOT to follow, just click 'unsubscribe' and you will no longer hear from me!
If, on the other hand, you do want to follow - I'm excited.
We're going to be travelling to Zambia, Zimbabwe and I will be speaking in Johannesburg on International Women's Day - and I have the honor of blogging the trip for YOU! I'll be writing... full info
