So many of you have left comments, e-mails, messages, etc about the Lodge here in Kenya. I know, actually we know, that many of you have the dream of coming to Africa. I highly recommend it - it is magical here.

You have been asking about our accommodation. So, here is my 'trip around the Lodge' - photos to share with you about where we are staying.

Enjoy - it is peaceful, magical, calm, beautiful, a little unnerving in that monkeys and baboons are everywhere and we aren't used to that! -

It's hard to remember, at times, that we are in the middle of nowhere - and yet, we have a beautiful roof over our heads - running (hot and cold) water, a comfy bed, a view to die for, great meals, and, as I mentioned in an earlier post, a hair-dryer in each room AND internet connection (most of the time) - what more could you ask for - as we travel in and around this magical place on earth. While Disneyland is special - I think this rates as #1 in my books. It brings us back to what matters.........

The beauty of nature - animals - smells and sounds - and peace.

Technology is wonderful and it is so nice to be able to see all your pictures so soon. What a beautiful resort. Africa is certainly on my bucket list!! I know sometimes when videos are uploaded on youtube it sometimes takes a while to actually appear. I'm looking forward to seeing the lioness and the elephant!! Africa is really a very nice place for traveling. In Africa many forest are available so many animals are available here. Africa is famous for its forest and its animals. Your Blog is amazing.
