1st MAY 2009 - SEEING THE SIGHTS OF OAXACA I slept rubbish again...my mind is in overdrive as soon as I stop and I just can't switch off at the moment. Not good!! I remembered to say White Rabbit White Rabbit when I woke though...maybe things will look up this month!! 30th APRIL 2009 - PIRAMIDE A CHOLULA & HOSTEL NIGHTMARE AT OAXACA!! Once again I did not sleep well. Around 4 hours of restless sleep...not good!! I got up at 8ish after admitting defeat and went to shower. Worst shower ever too...the seal seemed to have broken on the shower head and water spurted everywhere. 29th APRIL 2009 - ANOTHER DAY IN PUEBLA!! I woke up at around 8am. 4 hours sleep yet still functioning...not sure how!! I didn't feel too cracking unsurprisingly but I was looking forward to another busy day. Once ready we went for breakfast downstairs. 28th APRIL 2009 - WALKING THE STREETS OF PUEBLA!! I got woken up at around 6.30am by a girl leaving. That meant I had had around 30 minutes sleep as I only dropped of at 6am anyway...not good and I felt a little rubbish to put it mildly!! 27th APRIL 2009 - A LOT OF WALKING AROUND RUINS & PYRAMIDS I got up at 8ish, showered and dressed before heading for breakfast. I could only face one slice of toast that morning and filled up on a banana instead. No crazy girl at breakfast though and she had not returned to the hostel...must have been detained! 25th APRIL 2009 - ARRIVAL, PIG FLU & SLEEP!! The flight to Mexico wasn't cracking. We had some good roomy seats in front of the emergency exit and we were sat together but that was as good as it got. No meal, 3 hour flight, just got off to sleep and the lights come on bringing drinks and cookies around. I have a drink and just settle again before the lights come on again to bring immigration and customs forms around. I fill that in and settle again when it is just about time to land. 24th APRIL 2009 - TICKET TROUBLE IN HAWAII & WORST FLIGHT EVER!!! I got up at around 7.30am. Had breakfast and watched a spot of tv before going to the room to pack up my stuff. Nat not so good this morning...she had developed a bad rash on her lower leg...think it was an allergic reaction to a cleaning product used in the restaurant the previous night. 23rd APRIL 2009 - DISAPPOINTING DAY IN HAWAII!!! I woke up at around 8am. Nat was up too and feeling much better than yesterday. We had lots planned for our final full day - paddle surfing for me and a trip to Han.....Beach to snorkel and catch a glimpse of the sea turtles....it was going to be 'awesome dude' as the turtles on Nemo would say!
