9:00 - 2 metra dalej - i jestesmy. Jest i Lisa. Z kolezanka. Coz za bystra dziewczyna!:) Kolezanka nie mowi niestety po angielsku, podczas gdy Lisa jest komunikatywna. Mowimy jej ze ona prowadzi - nam wszystko jedno. No i jedziemy na jakies uliczne przedstawienia i dalej jakimis polturystycznymi ulicami i znowu gdzies autobusem i gdzies znowu w jakies zakatki. Trudno mi powiedziec gdzie bylismy - taki jest Pekin - wielki... bardzo. Jedno jest pewne bylo bardzo fajnie. Po drodze kupilismy bebnki i taki azjatycki smieszny flecik z potrojna rurka i z gwizdkiem w ksztalcie cyfry '8' 3D. Dziwnie sie na nim gra - nazywal sie 'calamber' czy jakos tak, gdzies mam zapisane kiedys sprawdze. Summary: After our visit to the White Cloud Taoist Temple we have enough time to visit the Temple of Heaven. It's after three o'clock so the sun and the light is great for making pictures. We enter the Temple of Heaven from the North Gate, it's usual to start your round trip from the South Gate. But due to traffic jam it's now more easy to start from the North and during our visit Li drives his car to the South Gate. The Temple of Heaven, the Tian Tan, where emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties held the ceremonies of worshipping heaven and praying for good harvests, was first built in the 18th year during the reign of Emperor Yongle (1420) of Ming Dynasty. It has been a while since I have written! I have been busy with my first week of classes but I wanted to post my my pictures from the last place I toured. The Temple of Heaven. Its a really beautiful place. You can pay and spend the day just wandering the garden which is peaceful and you pay a little more and see the temple and inside all the different buildings. There were no tour guides and the walkie talkie tour guides only came in French German and Russian. I walked around area and bought my lunch which was cantaloupe on stick which is sold every where right now. I am definatly touristed out I think I needed a break from temples and gardens for a couple of days. I have completed my first week ... read more
