First day in Berlin

Yesterday we went on our first Berlin grocery trip to a nearby store and got some food for some meals. It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be to shop, considering I don't know any German. Thankfully Daryl knows the basics. While exploring our neighborhood and falling in love with Berlin, we popped into Veganz and Bio Market and discovered the vegetarian's haven! They have every type of fake meat you could dream of! Why can't the states have these selections? They have a full tofu turkey! In the complete shape of a turkey!

Today we plan on doing a walking tour to learn more about the city and to better acquaint ourselves. Can't wait to see what else is out there!
