Whereabouts are you flying from? I have a list of resources for finding a cheap airfare for flights within Europe on my website at Europe Travel Planner. If you are going to Italy I would recommend a trip to Rome as there is so much to see there. If we knew what sort of things you are interested in and how long you were planning to stay we would be able to help you a bit more. Reply to this

I might have some nice addresses for you - combining bar or café with nice view and without tourists. Unfortunately only for London and Paris (both places I used to live in). Just have a look and let me know if you are interested in more. Reply to this

We have a holiday home in The South West of France, so I travel to France a lot and I always check out my flights on http://www.skyscanner.net. It's a comparison site and is very quick and easy to use. Then there is http://www.railbookers.com for rail travel from London.
The easiest way to get around London is on the underground, the tube. Lots of stations, frequent trains that cover the whole of the metropolis and inexpensive compared to taxi's which normally take longer anyway.
Hope this helps

Hi,
If you're in London you should make a trip to the outskirts and in Italy you should go to see Florence. This city is a dream.
Regarding accommodation you can check Holiday Velvet as they have some really nice apartments. Reply to this

Hello 949 😊

I see u have already done your trip but I will post the following for anybody wanting to do something similiar.
I suggest u get a good travel book.
Try one of the following. They will give u information about accomodation for different budgets, transport, food, money, safety......
Lonely Planet
Rough Guide
Lets Go
They are available in most book shops around the world for around 28 Euros. U can also buy them on the internet.
There are a number of budget airlines to get around Europe. Amongst them are
Ryanair
Condor
Germanwings
Easyjet
U can check their websites for bargains. If u are flexible about where u go and book the flights a few months in advance u can get some good bargains.
