due to time constraints, my coming trip to cairns will only be 5 full days (reach early tues - sat, leavin sun morn).... we're staying at gilligan's and have at present, white-water rafting & ATV adventure on our agenda.... were thinking of the sunlover (great barrier reef) cruise but that is yet to be booked..... anyone has recommendations of other activities/places to visit that are must-dos/-sees to truly experience cairns?
Reply to this Hi! I visited Cairns for a month in the 2002 and is really wonderfull. The city is not very beautifull, but the location is fantastic.
I made to many excursions to the reefs, Green Island, Fitzroy Island, The falls, Kuranda, Cape tribulation...
