Have you been refused a hotel room that you had pre booked?
I am a writer and I am looking for all the excuses that hotel make to get rid of you when they are overbooked.
You can also tell me the hotel name if you like. They can be funny or serious instances. Personally I think its one of the most annoying things that can happen to a traveller.
