I have traveled to different countries and ate some extremely delicious meals. But if I had to choose one country who's cultural cuisines I would have to eat all my life, I'd choose Pakistan. What about you ?
Reply to this Thai cuisine. Apart from being seriously delicious, it offers such a wide range of curries, stir-fries, rice dishes, noodles, noodle soups and fresh salads - I would never get bored! The cuisines of Italy, Mexico, Malaysia/Singapore, and Japan would round up my top five favourite cuisines 😊
Reply to this Of course cuisine preference depends hugely on the individual's palate. That said, no country on earth has such an attention to detail, to the quality of the ingredients, nor the pride in serving excellence, as Japan. And this is equally applicable regardless of the monies paid. It is also reflected in their tendency to be hugely specialised (we do a limited range, perfectly): only udon noodles, just oysters, or even solely raw chicken. Japan is number one. There again, is it my favourite cuisine? No... great Indian, French and Italian restaurants would pip Japan for me. Oh, but I concur regarding SE Asian food: Thailand reigns in this neck-of-the-woods.
