Europe Itinerary Fall 07

Please help with our planned Itinerary, does it seem doable or are we doing too much? We are in our late 20's. Our only other trip to Europe was Italy, we traveled from Rome, then to Elba, Florence and finally Venice in little over 3 weeks. That was a good pace for us. Any suggestions would be helpful...
