Photographer - Stelen2: "What makes Manuel Antonio really special is that the trails lead to perfect, white-sand beaches where you can chill out after a sweaty walk through the park (although you do have to watch out for crocodiles)"
Stelen2
Over the past ten years we have travelled to over 30 countries across 5 continents and we now now find ourselves in South America where we plan to settle for a time and work as English teachers. Where? We're not sure but we're enjoying ourselves as much as we can while we try and find out.
This is our second blog using travelblog.org Our first one can be found at http://www.travelblog.org/Bloggers/Stelen/
As with blog number one we take each entry in turn. We hope you find them useful or at least enjoyable.

Photo Of The Week Reply to this Congratulations on photo of the week. Excellent frog!
Reply to this Thank you for my nomination and selection for photo of the week. Apologies for my late reply, we're still very much 'on the road' (currently in Peru).
I took this picture during a night walk in a private forest connected to Manuel Antonio nationl park. I'm using a Nkon D90 with 18-200 mm lens (shot at 200mm). Our guide had a pretty strong torch and had requested we don't use flash so as not to frighten the wild life. I set my camera to shutter priority 1/60sec, ISO-800, f.5.6
I was very pleased with the shot and seeing the red eyed tree frog in general as it was one of my 'must see' animals on this trip.
