Photos published by TravelBlog members with BLOGGER status can be nominated, provided they meet the following criteria;
1) The photo must have been published within one month of the nomination
2) The photographer must have a minimum of 5 published non-private blog entries, and a maximum of 4 'recommends'.
Not open to panorama photos.

The photographer has a real ability to capture the essence of people. My favorite is the one titled woman near Chitwan.
