Each week...a new letter...from A-Z...Feel free to lay a track for the current week's letter...
David Grey is a rather underrated singer from the UK. One his most well known songs is 'Babylon', but this is my favourite....a very touching and beautifully written song...
Reply to this And before D closes, I feel that we should all do obeisance to one of the greatest rock bands ever......

Reply to this What? Only one from Dave.....naw!!!
Three masters of the guitar.......
Reply to this And finally....one of the bands I really dug in the '70's doing a cover of a great Allman Bros. tune.......
Reply to this Dancing D! I was going to say that the wonderful Binkley duo are too busy swilling some of the best amber nectar on the planet, but it seems that I stand corrected (I hope you detect the pangs of jealousy in my post) :P
Anyway, no more D artist to recommend.....bring on E :D

Reply to this According to this link, this is
The Eagles singing Boys of Summer - with Don Henley actually singing (so it does exist somewhere on the web!).
Since this really isn't an Eagles song, here is another one - Peaceful Easy Feeling
Reply to this Electric Light Orchestra performing Livin Thing. I always thought they sounded best with a string section. I remember hearing in the very early 80s that Paul McCartney commented if the Beatles had remained together they were most probably have followed a similar sound to ELO. This is an interesting article I just discovered about this topic -
ELO: The band the Beatles could have been.
Here is Mr Blue Sky, a tune termed as the best song that Paul McCartney never wrote.
Reply to this From Australia,
The Easybeats with Friday on My Mind.

Reply to this One of the few Russian musicians I really like begins with E. Her name is Elka and she rocks 😊
Reply to this Eric Gadd, is one of the few great soul singers to come out of Sweden. He seems to have vanished off of the face of the Earth, but there are still plenty of his songs available on YouTube.....
