Nabakov, a brilliant writer - Lolita, Despair, Ardor or Ada, Pale Fire.... I'm gonna check your blogs now because if you do indeed write like him I'm gonna manage you ;-) Apparantly I write like Charles Dickens! I am English but that is where any similarities end, unfortunately. Reply to this

It returns with inconsistent results 😊. Varies with the texts I used. First was Jack London then Dan Brown. Reply to this

I also got Dan Brown. I tried some of my father's writing. He got William Shakespeare (though, there was one quote by Shakespeare in the text) and Dan Brown as well.

I'm almost beginning to suspect this is a marketing tool for Dan Brown, hehehe Reply to this

what a crock, it took them about 2 seconds to come up with Edgar Allan Poe, I wonder who benefits from such sites, sorry its the cynic in me. Reply to this

Yep, it's definitely a crock. First analysis was Margaret Atwood. Second one was Douglas Adams. Third one was David Foster Wallace. Just relieved Dan Brown didn't come up! Reply to this

I think this thing is just random tbh, I tried 5 samples of my writing, one blog entry and 4 stories, gave me:

Blog entry - Vladimir Nabokov
A sci-fi alt history short story - Edgar Allan Poe
A 1st person spiritual piece - Isaac Asimov
A chapter from my novel in progress - Mario Puzo
A short piece of erotic fiction - William Shakespeare

The last one is definitely absolute nonsense! Reply to this
