You might have to narrow it down a bit if you're going to ask about Europe in general, since it is, admittedly, a vast place. You'll probably find differences in quantity/quality from one country to the next - not to mention all the differences you'll find within any given country! Some places might charge as little as 5 euros per car; others, more than 20. Facilities are bound to vary, too. I've stayed in places that weren't much more than a broad lawn to pitch a tent on and a run-down bathroom. In other places, there've been swimming pools, on-site restaurants, etc. My best advice, for starters, is to ask about a particular country - or even a particular region in a single country. Speaking broadly for Europe in general, there's no way to answer apart from saying it all varies widely.

Parking is probably the only constant: I've never seen a campground where you couldn't easily pull in and park (usually right next to your site). As far as washing, there's generally going to be some sort of sink you can use - unless you're going REALLY primitive, and don't even have access to showers/running water.
