I can get you different ways of staying.
1) staying in a family (in my family or my friend family. Both in the center of Tbilisi.
2) in a very good hotel made in a XX century style. If you want to know what was Tbilisi's house like in the begining of the XX century, then you have you visit that hotel! prices? prices are from 90-150 $$ . BUT! you can make them lower if you contact the administration..
If you gone stay in the hotel - I advice you that one!
