HI all!
My family and I are planning to rent a 3-bedroom apartment in Rome in September. It is located near Ostiense station and \"near\" to Testaccio and Trastevere.
My question for the knowledgable forum members is : is this a nice area for a family to stay as far as exploring Rome goes? That is, safe, quiet, residential, close to public transport?
Any other suggestions on areas in Rome to rent apartments is also appreciated!

Rome is a great place to visit and all the surrounding areas have something to see, if you find an apartment with the features you want i suggest you consult some websites that offer apartments in different parts of Rome. For example, i, during my last trip to Rome last month, I found a good apartment on this website
Rome vacation Rentals where you can search the apartment, or even near Trastevere Testaccio, as you want.
