Im trying to launch a city based independent service to travelers based on advice from previous tourists and from people who live here.
Has anyone met with someone in this city who hasnt been able to help them?
Reply to this As part of an ongoing struggle for european cities to try to provide the most appropriate and intersting way to get know a city, tours have risen in multitude but slackened in quality. Unfortunately there is no official tour board that regulate them.
As a result of poor standards and over inflated prices I have designed a somewhat new idea of what it is that tourists really want to have when they come to visit: its not a guide and neither a tour, instead a citizen. Like as if you were visiting a friend, you would be privy to the best parts of the city that only someone who has had the time and passion to discover it would have had.
If there are other people out there with the same idea and skills (to be able to show people around your city) then please hit me back here on this blog.
