8 hour layover at Heathrow....should I go to Windsor or London?

My wife and her Mom have an 8 hour layover at Heathrow on Thursday, and were wondering if it would be better to go to Windsor or London for a pint? Thanks for any help!

I think you'll find that getting to Central London is going to be much easier and cheaper than getting to Windsor. There are direct trains and buses to London and the times vary between about 30mins to an hour. As Heathrow is linked to the tube line it would be very easy to pick and choose where they would like to go as they may be able to see a bit of London in the 8 hrs they have. Reply to this
