Traveling around Europe May - June...

I will be traveling around Europe a bit with a friend May - June and was curious if anyone could take a look at my itinerary and maybe tell me easiest ways to get around from place to place if they have any insight knowledge. I have no problem rearranging the order too if anyone can think of a way easier way to do it.

I have been looking around online and trying to price out best deals and what seems like the best way to get from destination to destination, I may revise the order according to flights and what not as I keep searching but if anyone has any idea's or suggestions please let me know!

May 27th - Frankfurt
May 29th - Munich
June 1st - Prague
June 4th - Zurich
June 7th - Amsterdam
June 10th - Dublin
Dublin to Cork maybe?
June 13th - Ibiza
June 20th Stuttgart
June 26th London

Thanks and I appreciate it!

Are you up for train travel at all, or just flying? I know it's pretty cheap to fly in Europe, but check out train tickets too to compare. German train schedules on bahn.de, while Swiss are sbb.ch.
Are you flying into Frankfurt?
I do wonder why you start in Germany then end up back there a month later? I personally like to plan my trips to avoid traveling back and forth and to cut down on travel time, which doesn't always work out with cheap flight deals or visiting friends.
What about flying to Ibiza from Amsterdam instead of the UK, then head to Dublin & London after? Is that cheaper?

Hello!

In response to message #2:

I am totally up for travel via trains, I have met several amazing people on trains traveling! Thank you for the websites for trains. I am flying into Frankfurt and then staying with some family friends for about half a month so that will be excellent they will be showing me all around there. That is why I am starting in Germany and then I am meeting up with my friend who I am graduating with from Ibiza and he will be in Germany / our mutual friend has a place for us to stay and what not there. So that is the part I do need to keep static but the inbetween i can switch around however.
