Where to stay in Madrid if you are under 25 and would like to enjoy evenings out?

I am planning on taking a short break in Madrid and would like to know where would be an good area to stay in if ur under 25? Hopefully reasonably priced and in an area where the nightlife is more suited to younger people.

i've read good things about this one: Posada de Huertas. Calle Huertas 21. ('Sevilla' metro station)

It's in the very heart of Madrid, close to Puerta del Sol, Museo del Prado, Parlament and specially Calle Huertas and Plaza de Santa Ana. Huertas Street-St. Ann Square is one the areas you are looking for in Madrid. Once there just let the crowd guide you.
