Rooms with a view? Palio di Sienna

Two years in the future will be my 60th birthday and I would like to be in Sienna watching the final race in that years Palio. Does any one know if there are any rooms that may be rented that have a view of the Piazza? If so how far in advance must you book and how many banks do I need to rob? Reply to this
