Eating Salchipapa

Not the most flattering photo; but Salchipapas are not exactly the most flattering of foods. What is it? Hot dog and potatoes, fried together and later drenched in 5 different sauces; mayonaise mixed with purple olives, a pesto like sauce, mustard, spicy sauce, and a pepper sauce. This is a necessary food to consume after sitting with friends and many rounds of beers for about five hours.
