Hi all


Last weekend we went to a theme park close to Joinville, called Beto Carrero World.


On the way, in the bus, I don't think anyone was in doubt about where we were going, when we got closer and saw the buildings two of us started screaming hysterically "the palace! THE PALAAAAAAAAAACEE!!!!!" When we left the bus everyone was staring at us through the window.


We did not know what excatly to expect, but it turned out to be great. The park is neatly designed with a lot of different themes going on. It is a combination of a theme park, ZOO and circus and one of the best parks I have gone to. Two rollercosters, water rollercoster, a train ride through the wild west where we saw gorillas, a pirate island, a free fall tower (100m!), tower of terror and a lot of other things. The animals there include hippos, bears, lions, tigers and a white bengal .tiger.


We were quite excited, although some were more excited than others, one of us litterarly flying around. Eight hours of rushing between the activities went really fast. In the middle of the day we went to the circus to see an Africa show, some amazing artists flying around the stage.


The day went really well and we had a lot of fun.

Um seinustu helgi fórum við í skemmtigarð rétt hjá Joinville sem heitir Beto Carrero World.


Á leiðinni í rútunni held ég ekki að neinn hafi verið í vafa um hvert við vorum að fara, þegar við nálguðumst og sáum byggingarnar byrjuðu tveir af okkur að öskra "höllin! HÖÖÖÖÖÖLLIIIIIIIIN!" Þegar við fórum útúr rútunni voru allir að glápa á okkur í gegnum gluggann.


Við vissum ekki nákvæmlega við hverju við ættum að búast, en þetta átti eftir að verða frábært. Garðurinn er vel hannaður með mörgum mismunandi þemum í gangi. Þetta er blanda af skemmtigarði, dýragarði og sirkus og meðal bestu garða sem ég hef farið í. Tveir rússibanar, vatnsrússibani, lestaferð í gegnum vilta vestrið þar sem við sáum górillur, sjóræningjaeyja, turn með frjálsu falli (100m!), hryllingsturn og fullt af öðrum hlutum. Meðal dýranna eru flóðhestar, birnir, ljón, tígrisdýr og hvítt bengal tígrisdýr.


Við vorum mjög spennt, þó sumir hafi verið spenntari en aðrir, einn okkar hreinlega flaug um. Átta tímar af því að þeytast á milli hluta liðu mjög hratt. Um miðjan daginn fórum við í sirkus að sjá Afríku sýningu, ótrúlegir listamenn hoppandi og skoppandi um sviðið.


Dagurinn gekk rosalega vel og við skemmtum okkur konunglega.


Ég læt myndirnar tala fyrir sig sjálfar. Því miður tókst ekki að hlaða inn vídjóklippunum, við eigum mjög flottar klippur úr rússibönunum. Kannski seinna...
