Two Thumbs Up This Time

Check out the smoking area outside the Gasthaus Bier Adam. I think even Cassie would give up smoking if she had to stand outside in these temperatures. The warm sunny afternoon had disappeared completely and Winter had returned by the time we walked outside. We would not be spending much time windowshopping this evening.

Our time in Oberammergau would end this morning. I think we could easily find a week's worth of things to do if we stayed in this area: the Royal Castles, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the Zugspitze, Oberammergau itself, Wieskirche, Steingaden, Landsberg, Fussen and the country roads leading in and out of Austria.
