Dinner Arrives

I ordered Fine strips of pork with mushrooms in a cream sauce, served with home-made spaetzle. Gails mother had Goulaschsuppe, this time with venison in it. And the verdict was that the Bier Adam was much improved compared to our previous visit. All of us loved our food. Total damage €55.70 (no desserts).

Incredible Day on The Deutsche Alpenstraße

Our time in Oberammergau would end this morning. I think we could easily find a week's worth of things to do if we stayed in this area: the Royal Castles, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the Zugspitze, Oberammergau itself, Wieskirche, Steingaden, Landsberg, Fussen and the country roads leading in and out of Austria.
