I don't mind though as long as I get fed at regular intervals. And as long as Gail takes care of getting the waiter to come over with the check. In Germany they'll leave you alone all night unless you give them the special signal. I don't know it.

Our time in Oberammergau would end this morning. I think we could easily find a week's worth of things to do if we stayed in this area: the Royal Castles, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the Zugspitze, Oberammergau itself, Wieskirche, Steingaden, Landsberg, Fussen and the country roads leading in and out of Austria.
