not sure what the rules (and surely there are rules!) of this game are, but it keeps the locals entertained in sub-zero weather

...right around St. Pat’s Day, it hit 50 degrees Fahrenheit with a whopping 2 hours of unclouded sunlight --- which in Berlin means the biergartens (outdoor) were bursting with customers, clinks and quatch.... the line to get into the zoo looked about at least a 30-minute wait... hand-made gelaterias were reopening... babies were out in prams, without the snow windshield accoutrements... ... read more
