Aloha! Schools is tomorrow, and for once, I'm actually excited to go. On the 26 was Australia day, and Big Day Out. Big Day Out is just a maassiive music festival that goes on all day with a lot of popular singers and bands. It was incredible, we saw foster the people, sons of alamo, bluejuice, bassnectar, lupe fiasco, hilltop hoodds, nero, tyler the creator, and kanye west! It was awesome, we woke up early to catch the 9:30am train to Sydney. Tons of people were catching that train down so the station was packed, and we met up with a lot of people. The train ride was pretty uncomfortable because our group was one of the last groups to make it on the train so we had to stand packed in like sardines in this hot long train ride. We eventually made it there alive though and started making our way to the entrance. On our way they told us to get our IDs out to prove we were 16, well heeeeeeey we didnt bring ours. Luckily we still got in though with no hassle at all. We got there at about 10:30 or 11ish am and then stayed untill 11:45pm. Our group got split up during the time so we had to wait at the end to find everyone. Then we found out the train we were supposed to catch home, decided not to go home, so we had take a train somewhere, and catch another train home. So when we got to the station we caught a train to another station which didn't take to long, and then we had no idea where to go, but we were pretty sure we were at the right train, and we waited 20 minutes for it to come, then 20 minutes for it to leave, and then when it left we were pretty sure we were going the completely wrong way..... but eventually it turned around and it was just one super long train ride that was really bad, we didnt get home till about 3am. Then we went for a swim and ate food till 4am and finally went to bed. Then the next couple days the sun started to come out! Oh yeah, at big day out, in the morning when we first got there it was pouring rain and we were getting soaked, and we knew that it was gonna be pouring rain the whole time, so it wasn't a surprise. But that didn't last long, out of nowhere the sun came out and it was boiling hot, and everyone was getting burnt to a crisp. Pretty much everyone you looked at walking around and some funny burn lines. And yeah its been cloudy, but sunny now and the past couple days we have just been going to Erina and the gym and just relaxing. Last night we went over to a friends for a little gathering before school started, which was fun. It was Fergus's birthday today so last night he had a bunch of friends over last night going crazy till 5am. We went out to a Thai dinner place tonight for his birthday and it was delicious. Also, when i went to get my uniform ready for tomorrow, my shorts decided not to be in my suitcase... so i have no shorts to wear in Australia to school. good job alex! Oh also i JUST found out about the comments you guys have been doing. Apparently i have to review them first and then approve of them and i just found out about the place they come up to be "reviewed." So i'm sorry i havn't replied to any of the comments :P
