Geo: 39.2072, -86.2511We really slept in today. Glenn woke up at 8:30am. I woke up at 7:30am and did some computer work. Since we all slept in, we didn't eat breakfast until 9:30am. Jan had fixed some english muffins, sausages and scrambled eggs. Then afterwards Jon read to us and we just had a "season" of sweet fellowship.I just had to "excuse" myself and take my morning nap. I laid down from 11:15-1:00pm. Good nap. I guess I was tired from everything over the past few weeks- watching g'kids, helping with G'mommy and G'daddy. I'm also fighting a sore throat too.Jon and Jan's daughter, Mary and 3 of her 4 kids came over for hotdogs and chips. Very well-behaved and respectful kids. We enjoyed getting to meet Mary. Geo: 39.2009, -86.2399Perfect weather today and perfect trail conditions. We had a great ride all over the brown county trails. The trails were much drier today than yesterday and not near as slippery. We rode hard and then went to town for one of our local favorites the deep-fried biscuits with apple butter and honey. Then some power shopping, and we managed to still have dinner and of course ice cream after. A very tough day.... read more

Geo: 39.2007, -86.2398Left St. Louis last night right from work. The drive was little longer than expected due to several detours. The final leg of the drive was on a small 2 Lane Country Rd. However the bridge was out so we had to detour onto an even smaller windy 2 Lane Rd. Of course for about 20 minutes we were behind the slow-moving camper. We were really surprised at how foggy it was last night driving here in the dark. After about 20 miles behind the camper we realized it was only foggy on the hills and the camper was putting out some nice thick exhaust smoke. Finally get to two lanes and passed them before we asphyxiated.Woke up to a fairly cold morning around 45°. So We relaxed this morning and then ventured out ... read more
