So much to see

Hi,

There is so much to see here - have been go,go,go. Last I wrote had been to the National Art Gallery - what a wonderful place - both the art and the building itself - ornate, with domed ceiling and fountains.

Since then have been on a walking tour of Georgetown with other hostellers - mainly Aussies and Brits - good to talk to other travellers. Took a tour of the Capitol - didn't see any of the sessions but again the building is amazing - so many ideals behind everything. Done alot of walking around town - a good walking city - a planned city, with circles, statues and parks. Went to the monuments today - sunny but a freezing wind. And of course, to rest of the Smithsonian. Kinda looking forward to a day on the beach to digest all I have seen.
