Hello again! Still in England I'm afraid - but exciting news: I GOT MY PASSPORT BACK THIS MORNING!!!!!! HOORAH!!!!! This means I will actually be flying on Sunday...as long as nothing else goes wrong! We also booked the coach that's gonna take me directly to Heathrow Terminal 5 (I was pretty torn between trains or a coach, but as neither me or Mum are particularly good at directions the door-to-door seemed like a better option). The only depressing thing is I don't fly until about 8pm but I will have to leave my house at like 11. I've just finished applying for a bunch of funding this afternoon too so hopefully that'll come through before too long if I get it - it will be a big help! We arrived in England yesterday. Mom and Debbie picked us up at the airport, and the timing was perfect, because they were there for less than half an hour. On the way to her house, we stopped at a rest stop, which are called "services" here. It also appeared to be called a "Welcome Break." They have a tradition of stopping there and getting tea, so that's what we did. Before getting to her house, we met up with Mr. Davis and went out to eat at a Thai restaurant they like in Mildenhall. It was almost 9pm when we finally reached her house, so we had a quick tour before going to bed. We had the whole morning to just relax at mom's house while she was at work.
