London, Day 1

Today we had to leave the ship for the last time. We caught our bus at 6.45 to Rome airport. Then we had to wait for our flight to London. Our plane was late leaving because a lady lost her passport just before she was getting on and they had to get her bags off the plane, then we missed our takeoff time and had to wait a hour. We got to London and after we picked up our bags we looked for our taxi man. He took us to our apartment. There are lots of trees and it is warm and overcast. By the time we got to the apartment it was nearly 5pm. We went to the supermarket to get some food and then mum and I went for a walk to Hyde Park. The shops were still open so it took us quite a while and by the time we got there it was time to come home. We had tea and went and got an ice cream.
