The “Golden Thread” as I so call it, is my deepest and truest voice. My birthday has come and go. 25 is not as scary as I thought. In fact, I have completely embraced and it had a wonderful memory to carry with me for the next 25 years. The morning of my birthday I walked outside onto the busy Madrid street, took a deep breath and smiled. I was overcome with such emotion. The best present I could give myself was this exact moment. The sun was already heating my face and Spainsh can be heard from those walking past me. I’m in Madrid!!! My birthday day was very sweet and I felt very loved by my new Madrid family. Whilst staying in Salou, We Took a day trip to tarragona which is one of the biggest Spanish cities on the Cost Daurada and has a mini version of Barcelona's Ramblas. The city boasts many ancient ruins.... read more
