Canal Du Midi Carmen directed us to the Europcar office at the railway station in Montpellier and told us where to go, but it was a one way street. We could see where to drive to but couldn’t get across to it. This was a little reminiscent of Notra Dame with circular stained glass windows

As the lock empties in front of you the water tends to pull the boat towards the lock

Helen found some mint so she picked some and we had it in salads for a few days
