Julie and Johannes

My host parents. They've been so great to me this year, even letting me stay in their house for 4 months extra, and I will miss them heaps when it's time to leave.

Outside Jane Austen's again. It feels so funny to write that.

Me

At Jane Austen's front door. I was so excited! She is probably my favorite author and I got to walk around and see her last house, and even see her writing table!

Mum and I at a Arundale Castle in England. I've seen so many castles around Europe now, but this is the first really medieval looking one I've been to.

Or something like a bridge attaching two of the buildings of Arundale Castle, England. Dad is also taking a photo.

Maddy stayed at my house for the weekend and we made these. She's another Australian, and she lives in Holbaek, which is about an hour away from Copenhagen. I think we did a pretty great job!

Out during the Autumn holidays. We were in the Student Cafe/bar near the university dorm rooms, with one of Kate's Danish friends, and a couple of other exchange students. We look silly - but we always do in photos.

At the church. Elisabeth and I were manning the fort. It was a simple, fun day.

Picnic

In Christiania with friends. Summer was so nice and we had a lot of picnics by the river where we lay for hours on picnic blankets, ate food, chatted, and relaxed.

They were so cute! But now all but one have been given away. We had five originally.

Me and friends at the halloween get together a few weekends ago. It was so much fun but also kind of sad because it's the last time we'll all be together like that before we go home. We are all Australians int this picture except for Hylton (the boy at the back) who is South African, and the girl on the left who is American (I can't remember her name!)

Me before the church's halloween children's service. Kate and I had to judge the costume competition. We stayed in the crypt in the cemetery and the kids had to come show us there costumes. It was fun :D
