This was by far the best island of the trip. Not for its sheer beauty typographically speaking but the people were beautiful, This is a poverty strickened land but the residents are nothing less than spectacular. They laugh, they sing, they dance! The first thing i did when i got off the boat besides getting in trouble for bringing produce off the boat was get on a bus to innertube this river i think called the white snake river or something. the kids that ran it were amazinly in shape and they would run down this river up banks keeping up with us on tubes. It's one of AJ's buzz phrases. AJ is of course my buddy and a cousin of my best friend Kylan who masterminded the whole Jamaican adventure I'm about to chronicle in this here blog. He likes to emphasize the truthfulness of what he's about to say or to diffuse the bluntness of what he just blurted out with those 4 words. This was my very first trip to Jamaica and boy was I in heaven! My now husband, then fiance' took me to Jamaica to join he and his brother Mark as well as his girlfriend, now wife in Jamaica for some pure relaxation and some great fun. My husband hired a travel agent who booked our flight on Delta Airlines from Kansas City to Atlanta...and Atlanta to Montego Bay Jamaica. The flight went well and as soon as we landed, someone grabbed our bags without permission. I told my husband that someone was stealing our bags so my husband (who is 6'0" and very much in shape) asked the Jamaican native what he was doing.
