Oh, and Meg, you may feature more heavily, but who was it who came to the rescue??? (can I just say also, that the comment about Meg was still Margaret, very funny!) Hi Meg!

Literary pursuits - From: Brighton... Bold, Bet, Blustery, Bucking Bindy Brighton
I can't believe I didn't get to read your work of fiction! Wasn't there always plans to do a Nick Earles/Rebecca Sparrow type piece based on the Bum Place & Brisbane St days (wiht maybe a little college thrown in). Or was that the...hang on your parents read this and I might lose brownie points...was that just something we raved about that public holiday when we were "bored" (oh, Liana's paranoia!) with Sam providing "refreshments" (just before you went swimming with Meg & Cameron).

The Shuttle - From: God, how I have waited for this blog...
I have subsequently caught the "express" shuttle from Stansted to Victoria, and it also stopped at Liverpool St, despite the fact the dudes at Stansted were directing people for Liverpool St to a different bus - I think they need to chat with the driver. Granted, the driver's announcement was a little muffled, so if you weren't really listening you could have thought it was Victoria. It does get to Victoria eventually though (after the driver gets off at Liverpool & has a smoke! Come on, it's only another 10min or so to Victoria, can't you wait!).

Brownie points - From: God, how I have waited for this blog...
Only just caught up on your blogs (and had to be very patient to hold myself back from jumping straight to this one as I too was looking forward to it!). Probably shouldn't have done it at work as I kept having to stiffle the laughter. But how about me scoring brownie points with Eddie & Valerie. Noice.

Hello - From: Christmas day in the Allgaeu
Hi Susan - I agree - bloody hormones (never go shopping either during that "special" time - half my wardrobe can attest to that tragedy). I also agree - those crazy Germans always look at you like you're an idiot when it's so f*!king cooolllldddd!!!! Uwe went around without a beanie half the time when I couldn't feel my toes or fingers. Total madness. Anyway, sounds like you're having a pretty great time overall, making the most of your holiday and I know you don't know me very well and it's kind of weird me reading all your entries but I've really enjoyed reading about your adventures. Take care. Sandra (the short wife of Uwe's) PS Shame there's not a picture of the Demi Moore Who - sounds very intriguing.

At Drast a Lagon - From: At last... a dragon
You are such a meanie Sus, but so darn funny. Glad to see that your funny bone isn't frozen :P Oh, and is the dragon comment in reference to St. Magnus - the monk who famously killed a dragon near Fussen by eating bread and making a sign of the cross? Or is it simply because the region was known for its dragons.. Or - is it a reference to TV. I daresay it is the latter of the three... Mind you, I have had nothing but success with the bread and praying thing. I have gained twelve kilos and there are no dragons in sight.
