Hell all! I am now in the beautiful city of Genevè, Switzerland. And I realize I have not blogged for a long time. So here goes....Last time I blogged we were in Greece...which was actually only two days ago... Well, first of all we took a train, actually towards North to Ancona, Italy to catch a ferry boat to Greece. This will be a short blog because I am pretty mentally exhausted today. Well, anyways we have had an amazing time in Rome, and I think it is my favorite place so far. Everything is so commanding and majestic here, but at the same time very humble, somehow. Maybe just because everyone here seems very nice, friendly, and helpful. However, we did have a sort of a mishap today. We went to the Vatican today and saw the sights, which were crazy awesome. Grazie!!!! for reading this blog...I am now in the beautiful country on Italia! So, there was something in Nice that I forgot to mention. The beach was not, was not!, a nude beach. However, there were a good portion of old, overtanned moms who decided it was best to keep their shirts off. It was really funny cuz we were just standing on the beach, and didnt notice, and then Tiffany says under her breath..."Myles, tits...tits...". I was like "Where!" lol. Hello all, Okay to write more about our experience in France. Where I left off, we had arrived in Paris after having a really great time in Souillac, near Toulouse, France. Anyways, after sleeping several hours, we got all ready and headed out into the city of Paris. Basically, we were tourists...we saw the Arc de Triomphe (sp), the Eiffel Tour, the Lourve, the Obelisque, etc etc etc...all these structures are huge and amazing, and i could talk about them for hours. Wow. It has been such an amazing week and I have so far be unable to write a blog...so here it is. Hallo alleemaal! This is my first entry after arriving in Europe, and a lot has happened so far. I would probably be able to remember more, but I have been without internet until now. It's amazing how lost we are without internet, for only three! 3! days. Anways, we left Portland at 12:00 noon, and took a nonstop flight to Amsterdam. Hello Everyone, I am starting a travel blog, which I hopefully will be consistently writing throughout the next three weeks and on. If you didn't know, I am spending a year abroad this year, first in the Netherlands, in Maastricht, and then to Vietnam, through exchange through Lewis & Clark. However, I am first traveling around Europe with a Eurorail Pass, with my sister Tiffany.
